Micro Testicular sperm Extraction (MicroTESE)

MicroTESA is a micro surgical procedure, where a surgeon uses an operating microscope to extract sperm from the seminiferous tubules (where sperm are produced) within the testicles.

MicroTESA is particularly used for men with Non-Obstructive Azoospermia, meaning they have no sperm in their ejaculate due to problems in sperm production in the testicles.

MicroTESA aims to obtain best quality sperm with minimal damage to reproductive organs. Sperm obtained from TESE can be used for ICSI or can be frozen for future use.
